Every piece at Naksh Mart undergoes a final quality inspection before being shipped. Our processing times are as follows:

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 24-48 hours.
• Made-to-Order Pieces: Dispatched within 7-14 business days.

3. Global Delivery Timelines

We partner with leading luxury logistics providers like DHL Express, FedEx, and Blue Dart to ensure safe handling. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• India: 2-5 business days.
• International (USA, UK, Europe, UAE): 5-9 business days.
• Rest of the World: 10-14 business days.

4. Shipping Rates

• Domestic (India): Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹5,000.
• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We offer competitive rates through our global logistics partners.

5. Customs & Duties

For international orders, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are usually collected by the courier partner at the time of delivery.

6. Important Delivery Information

• Signature Requirement: To ensure the security of your purchase, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Tamper-Proof Packaging: Your jewelry will arrive in a discrete, tamper-evident outer box. If you notice any signs of tampering or damage to the outer box, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
