1. Our 30-Day Global Return Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Naksh Mart purchase, no matter where you are in the world. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You can return your silver and stone jewelry for a full refund or an exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
• The original Naksh Mart security tag must be intact and not tampered with.
• The item must be returned in its original luxury packaging, including any certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
• Customized jewelry, engraved pieces, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team at info@nakshmart.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
• For international returns, our team will provide you with specific instructions for secure shipping and customs documentation.
• Once the item reaches our workshop, it will undergo a quality check by our master jewelers.

4. Refund Timeline

Upon successful inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different design or size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and any price difference will need to be settled before shipping the new item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with clear photographs of the product and packaging. we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
